Abstract The objective of this work was to determine the accumulation silicon in plant components cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis) grown with different levels water replacement and rates Si. experimental design a randomized complete block three conditions (40, 70, 100% evapotranspiration), four Si (0, 50, 100, 150 kg ha-1), replicates. Daily evapotranspiration determined constant table lysimeters, by drip system. As source Si, oxide applied times crop cycle - at initial, intermediate, final development stages plant. At end cycle, samples tissue (root, stem, leaves, inflorescence) soil were collected spectrometry. content not influenced replacement, only silicate fertilization. increased element components, especially roots. Water influences tissues, lower amounts under deficit conditions.
